Sapien.IT provide VoIP phone systems which give more capable, flexible and more affordable phone systems than traditional phone services while maintaining business call quality for companies in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
More capable & Flexible
The VoIP systems have all the telephone pbx (exchange) features such as auto-attendant receptionists, voice-mail, voice-mails forwarded to email, monthly reporting, choice of geographical prefixes (e.g. 01223 even when based outside of Cambridge).
More Affordable
In most cases there need be no equipment or installation charges to adopt a VoIP system. The VoIP lines are provided over existing internet connections. Calls can be made by adapting existing telephones, via ‘soft-phones’ over PCs via a range of VoIP phones.
The call charges are very competitive and inline with the low-cost call rates (such as skype / internet calls).
Benefits Across Multiple Locations
The VoIP systems work across different locations. Calls are transferable to extensions not based in the same building and phone-calls between extensions are free of charge event though they are based in different building.
